Expert Word & Excel Assistant

I need a versatile virtual assistant with strong skills in both MS Word and MS Excel for a single, well-defined assignment.

First, the Word files: they must be professionally formatted, cleaned up for consistency, and finished with a reusable template so future documents match the new style. While you’re in there, give the text a final proofread—grammar, punctuation, and flow—then return it error-free.

Next, the Excel workbook: insert the right formulas and functions to automate key calculations, and turn the results into clear, presentation-ready charts and graphs that update when the data changes.

Deliverables
• Polished Word documents and a reusable template
• Proofread text with changes accepted and clean final copy
• Excel workbook containing working formulas/functions and dynamic charts
• Short hand-off note explaining formulas and style settings
