I have several work-instruction sheets currently sitting in Excel. Your task is to migrate each one into a single, clean Word document that follows the basic structure I will provide while still giving you room to reorganise headings, spacing and visual cues for easier reading. instead, apply your own judgement so the final document flows naturally for someone who has never seen the spreadsheet before.
Key performance indicators and other metrics called out in the Excel files must stand out at a glance. Feel free to use bolding, colour accents or call-out boxes so those numbers never get buried in the text.
Where a series of steps lends itself to quick scanning, place them in properly captioned tables. When a visual cue will save a paragraph of explanation, drop in a simple icon or illustrative screenshot—I’ll supply any source images you need, or you can pick from standard icon sets as long as usage rights are clear.
