Project Title: Book Formatting & Publishing Preparation (PDF + EPUB) – Rights Retained
I am seeking a professional freelancer to prepare my English book for publication across major print and ebook platforms.
Project Overview
The book is written in English and all permissions and ISBNs are already secured.
You will receive the manuscript in Microsoft Word (A5 size). The file is formatted but not finalized.
Total content: 3,680 words, 102 pages, 15 short stories (each under 170 words), plus an introduction and dedication.
The book includes black-and-white text and sketch-style images.
The cover image is ready.
Required Deliverables
Upon completion, I must receive all original and source files, including:
Final PDF (print-ready)
Final EPUB (ebook-ready)
Updated MS Word file
Source files / code used to generate the formats
Beta reading
Proofreading
Light editing
Formatting Style
Story title on its own page
Story content on its own page
Image on its own page
Publishing Compatibility
The final files must be suitable for publishing on, but not limited to:
Amazon KDP (paperback, hardcover, Kindle)
Apple Books
Draft2Digital
IngramSpark
Google Books
You should also be able to format and adjust cover files as needed for these platforms.

I retain 100% of all rights to the book and its contents.
This project does not grant you any right to publish, distribute, reuse, or exploit the material in any form.
