Editable Modern Logo Template

I need a designer who can turn my logo designs into a template that has a transparent background and is ready for immediate use on T-shirts. The logo has to follow the same colour palette and design that you see on the attached images. Its overall look must stay consistent no matter how many times I duplicate or tweak it for different clients.

Here is what matters most to me:
• The master file must open and edit smoothly inside free-to-access Microsoft tools (Word or PowerPoint are ideal, as long as I can retain the transparent background so it can be printed on t-shirts or different colours).
• Layers, text, and colour blocks should remain unlocked and clearly named so anyone can change wording, swap colours within the given palette, or resize the art without degradation.
• Final exports should stay crisp on cotton tees—no unwanted outlines, pixelation, or opaque backgrounds.

Please deliver:
1. An editable Microsoft-friendly file (.pptx or .docx) containing the logo template.
2. A high-resolution, transparent-PNG version for quick mock-ups.
3. Simple usage notes (one page is fine) so my team knows exactly which elements are safe to adjust and which should stay fixed.
