I’ve drafted the content for a mailer and now need it transformed into a clean, professional Microsoft Word template that I can tweak any time and then export to PDF without the layout shifting.
Here’s what I expect:
• Design the mailer inside Word, setting up headings, body text, colours and spacing with proper styles so everything is easy to update later.
• Optimise page size, margins and image placement so the finished piece looks polished when I choose “Save as PDF.”
• Deliver two files: the fully editable .docx and a sample PDF generated from that file to prove the export comes out exactly as intended.
I’ll supply copy, images and brand colours as soon as we start. Make sure any fonts you use are either standard Office fonts or included as embeddable ones, so there are no surprises when I open the file on another computer.
Acceptance criteria
1. Open the .docx in Word 365 or later, edit text, and save as PDF with no formatting drift.
2. Styles clearly labelled and usable (e.g., Header 1, Body, CTA button).
3. Final PDF matches the sample you provide.
