Earthmoving Tender Submission Support

Job ID: 39721806

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m finalising a tender for a local-council plant-hire and earthmoving panel and need a specialist to bring the remaining pieces together quickly and professionally. Most of the administrative framework is in place, however two critical sections still require focused attention:

• Technical specifications for our plant and equipment
• Company qualifications and experience narrative, tied back to council evaluation criteria

I have partial drafts, past project summaries, fleet registers and HSEQ policies ready to share, but they need shaping into a clear, compliant response that matches the council’s template and style guide. Beyond filling content gaps, I’ll also rely on you to sense-check what’s there, align formatting, cross-reference attachments and ensure the final document is submission-ready for the e-tender portal.

Deliverables I’d like to walk away with:
1. Completed Technical Specifications section (Word), including tables and any schedules.
2. Refined Company Qualifications & Experience section, drawing on the supplied documents and polished for readability.
3. A compiled, bookmarked PDF (and native files) ready for upload, with all mandatory attachments correctly named.

Experience with government or council tenders, particularly in construction or plant hire, will be invaluable. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Adobe PDF tools is essential; knowledge of portals such as VendorPanel or TenderLink is a bonus.

Timeline is tight—I’d like a first draft of both sections within four days, with a final version ready to lodge shortly after feedback. If you’re confident turning partial material into a compelling, compliant submission, let’s talk today so I can provide the current files and the council’s RFT pack.
