ETASR Paper Formatting Expert

My manuscript is complete, but it still needs to look exactly the way the Engineering, Technology & Applied Science Research (ETASR) conference expects it to. I will give you the official author-guideline PDF and template; your job is to bring the main body and reference section into full compliance.
That means adjusting margins, font sizes, section headings, in-text citations, reference list ordering/style, equations, and any layout details the conference specifies. I am not asking for language editing—only precise adherence to the ETASR format so the file can be uploaded without desk-rejection warnings.
You may work in Word, LaTeX or another compatible tool as long as the final deliverable matches the template exactly. Deliverables will be:
• A clean, fully formatted manuscript ready for submission
• A marked-up copy or short change log so I can see what was adjusted
