Dynamic Project Proposal Template Adding Features

I'm seeking a competent professional to edit our existing project proposal template in Microsoft Word. What needs to be added are the various drop options that will auto populate the tables with different information and images depending on what is selected. Some types of info that will be in the populated tables include their name, position, text, a picture and any professional designations they may have.
