Document Templates Creation for MS Word

I am seeking a freelancer with expert knowledge and experience in MS Word to support ongoing document template implementation and design of prebuilt report templates. As a part of our software platform we allows customers to design a document template, upload MS Word files to pull styles from, and then export MS Word files using dynamic data. The focus of these templates is on energy assessments, construction proposals, etc. We offer a service to setup these templates in our product for the customer and need support for this service. We are also seeking someone to support designs for prebuilt templates.
Key responsibilities:
• Support ongoing MS Word report template setup
• Support ongoing prebuilt report designs
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience with MS Word
• Knowledge of the building construction and energy assessment sector would be beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to handle variability in template design
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of project timelines and requirements.
