Document Rebranding and Standardization

I need existing Word documents and specification sheets rewritten and rebranded to align with our building system. The final output should be an editable PDF.

Requirements:
- Rebrand with updated logos, company colors, and revised company name/contact details
- New design layout and formatting
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all documents

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF editing
- Graphic design skills for layout and branding
- Experience in technical writing and document standardization

I will have on going work for the right candidate.

Will need a basic knowledge of the current residential building industry.
