Document Formatting for Neowater's Legionella Assessment

’m looking for an experienced technical document designer or Word formatting specialist to help refine Neowater’s Legionella Risk Assessment template.

The content and structure are already complete and fully compliant with HSG274 Part 2, ACoP L8, and BS 8580-1:2019 – it just needs professional formatting, clean layout design, form fields, and consistency throughout.

Scope includes:
• Formatting and aligning all tables (consistent borders, spacing, and headings)
• Applying uniform section numbering (1, 1.1, 1.2 etc.)
• Adding underlined fillable blanks or form fields where appropriate
• Adding page breaks and light structure (no graphics-heavy design)
• General document polish to make it LCA-audit ready

Ideal background:
• Strong Microsoft Word experience (advanced formatting, field codes, styles)
• Familiarity with technical or compliance-based documents
• (Bonus) Experience with Legionella / water hygiene or H&S documentation
