Developing Ready-made Toturial of how to use Word Template

I have a finalized Business Report Word template, along with a complete tutorial explaining how to use it.
What I require is the following:
- Format the tutorial to match the exact style of the template, including the same font type, font size, and overall styling.
- Insert relevant screenshots from the template into the tutorial wherever applicable to better illustrate and clarify each instruction point.
