Design Word Org Chart

I need a clean, easy-to-print organization chart laid out directly in Microsoft Word. I’ll supply the names, titles, and reporting lines; what I’m missing is a well-structured template and the design skill to make everything look balanced on a single page.

Please create the chart from scratch in Word (no external graphics apps) so I can tweak it later if our team changes. The finished file should be:
• Fully editable in the latest version of Word
• Ready to print on standard A4/Letter without crowding or blurry text
• Visually consistent—matching box sizes, aligned connectors, and clear fonts

Once the draft is ready, send a DOCX for review; I’ll leave comments, and after one round of revisions we’ll call it done.
