'Definition Wellness' Document Templates

I have our logo, colour palette and a sample letterhead ready; now I need a full suite of branded templates built in Microsoft Word so everything we send looks consistently professional and clean.

Please recreate the existing letterhead first, then build out four additional pieces that follow the same look-and-feel:

• Letterhead
• Email signature block for me (James Bonello, Founder & Director)
• Policies & procedures master template
• Client-facing information / after-care / fact-sheet template
• Informed consent form with date and signature fields

Brand guidelines you must follow
• Fonts – “Definition” in Instrument Serif, “Wellness” in Inter sans-serif
• Keep the overall header style professional and clean (not bold or flashy)
• Colours to match the supplied logo file exactly
• All files must remain fully editable in Word (.docx) at high resolution for both print and digital use

I’ll supply the logo files, colour codes and the AI-generated sample letterhead as references once we start. The final deliverable should be five separate Word documents plus the email signature block (HTML or Word-compatible table) that I can copy straight into Outlook.

If any of the fonts need embedding or alternative licensing, flag it early so we can address it together.
