Data Entry and Document Creation

I need assistance with data entry and scientific technical document creation. I need at least 3 documents in 1 day. Each document could be ~30-35 pages.
If the work is done accurately and on time, then candidate will be selected for bigger similar project.

Requirements:
- Enter data from latex document to microsoft word in proper format (sample single page latex document and it's corresponding word file is attached)
- Do proper and accurate formatting in microsoft word
- Enter summary details in excel for tracking documents

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (incluing how to insert and format mathematical formulas)
- Experience with data entry and document creation
- Exposure to latex or overleaf including latex mathematical formulas syntax
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Having at least 7-8 hours a day to work on this task dedicatedly
