I'm seeking experienced Desktop Publishing (DTP) specialists for a project-based collaboration. Your main task will be cleaning and aligning Microsoft Word documents to match other Word source files, ensuring formatting consistency, visual accuracy, and content integrity.

Project specifics:
- Document range: 1 to 280 pages (not all pages require edits)
- Flat rate per project based on scope and complexity

Key Requirements:
- Proven DTP experience, especially with Word files
- Ability to format documents to closely align with source files
- Strong attention to detail (no deleted, altered, or misplaced content)
- Fast and reliable turnaround, sometimes under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with files of varying sizes and complexity
- Excellent English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a strong plus
- Reliable internet connection and access to MS Word (Office 365 or equivalent)
- Must adhere to company-specific guidelines and standards
