Custom-Formatted Letter Typing

I have a batch of letters that must be re-typed in Microsoft Word and laid out in a very specific, customized format. The content will arrive as scanned PDFs; your task is to reproduce each letter with 100 % accuracy, then apply my style guidelines—logo positioning, font family and size, exact margins, bespoke headers and footers, and predefined spacing. This is not a standard business template; consistency with the provided mock-up is essential.

Every finished file should be saved as both an editable .docx and a print-ready PDF. Before handing them over, double-check spelling, punctuation, and line breaks so the documents are ready to send the moment I receive them.
