Custom Avery 94212 Label Formatting

Job ID: 40329108

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have an .xlsx spreadsheet that lists dozens of storage-bin categories and their individual contents. Your job is to convert that data into a print-ready layout that fits perfectly on Avery 94212 labels.

Key layout rules
• The category appears first, in ALL CAPS and a noticeably larger font.
• To the left of that category, place a small colored square that serves as the color code.
• Each content item follows underneath, indented. A single item gets one bullet point; when a label holds multiple items, each line shows a double-bullet to make them stand out from the category heading.
• Every label is unique. Some examples of category names you might see are “TOOLS,” “SEASONAL ITEMS,” “CLEANING SUPPLIES,” but the list isn’t limited to those.

Deliverables
• A fully populated Avery 94212 template (Word or compatible format) aligned so the text and squares print inside the label boundaries.
• A PDF proof so I can do a quick test print before committing to the whole sheet.
• Any style sheet or template adjustments in case I need to add more labels later.

If you have handled Avery templates before and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
