Corporate Word Document Rebrand
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have 50–100 existing Word files that still carry wrong branding. Each one needs to be completely redesigned so they reflect our current professional-and-corporate look. I will supply high-resolution versions of the new logo and provide access to a stock-photo library for any imagery you need.
Your task is to open every document, remove every trace of the former palette, typography, header-footer treatments and embedded images, then rebuild the layout with the new colour scheme, updated logo placement and fresh stock photos where appropriate. All charts, tables and text boxes must inherit the new theme colours so future edits remain consistent.
Because these files are client-facing, accuracy matters more than speed; formatting glitches, stray colours or pixelated graphics are not acceptable. You’ll need solid Microsoft Word skills (styles, themes, section breaks, header/footer linking) plus an eye for clean corporate design.
Deliverables (for each document):
• Updated .docx matching the new brand guidelines
• A PDF export for quick review
• A brief change log noting any layout adjustments
