Corporate Report Graphic Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a completed report that now needs a polished, corporate-grade look. All of the copy is written; what I’m missing is the visual refinement—consistent typography, branded colour accents, clean page layouts, and any simple charts or icons that enhance readability—so the document feels like it rolled straight out of an established company’s communications department.
This is for Air Traffic and Navigation Services, so i need something that has towers and aeroplanes, but has all the information i need like on this document. Everything to remain intact.
The finished file must remain fully editable in Microsoft Word because my team will update numbers and wording over time. I’ll supply our current brand guidelines (logo files, colour values, and font preferences) so you can weave them seamlessly through headings, sub-headings, tables, and call-outs. The tone should stay professional and conservative rather than overly flashy.
Key deliverables:
• A ready-to-send Word document with all graphics embedded and styles properly set
• Any linked assets or editable source graphics (Illustrator, pdf, PowerPoint, etc.) in case we need to tweak visuals later
• A brief note explaining the style hierarchy and how to keep future edits on brand
