Corporate Project Proposal Template
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a Microsoft Word guru to build a polished, easy-to-reuse template that I can drop my next project proposal into without fighting the formatting every time. The look has to stay firmly corporate—clean lines, consistent typography, professional colour accents—so it matches our client-facing documents out of the box.
The finished .docx should already contain:
• A title/cover page with editable project details
• Pre-styled heading levels tied to an auto-updating table of contents
• Placeholder text blocks for all the usual project-proposal content (objectives, scope, timeline, budget, approvals, etc.)
• Branded header/footer with space for our logo, page numbers and confidentiality note
All styles, spacing and section breaks must be locked down so that when anyone on the team starts typing or pastes in content, nothing jumps out of alignment. Please include a brief “how-to” page inside the file that explains where and how to swap colours, fonts or section labels should we need to adjust branding down the line.
If this sounds straightforward for you, let me know your timeline and share one or two samples of Word templates you’ve created that show you can handle a crisp corporate aesthetic.
