Coordinate Weekly Meeting Minutes in Word
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
My team holds a standing leadership call every week and I need the conversation captured, distilled and filed as polished meeting minutes. The task is simple yet detail-heavy: listen (live or from a recording I provide), pull out decisions, action items, owners and due dates, then return a clean MS Word document that reads professionally and follows the structure we already use.
Scope
• Attend or review one meeting per week (usually 60 minutes).
• Draft the minutes in Word, applying consistent headings, numbering and our action-item table.
• Edit for clarity, spelling and concise wording—no verbatim transcript.
• Send the file back to me within 24 hours so I can circulate it company-wide.
• Store the final version in our shared folder, replacing the prior copy while preserving version history.
Acceptance criteria
• Word (.docx) format only, filename convention “YYYY-MM-DD Meeting Minutes”.
• All action items clearly listed with responsible person and deadline.
• No confidential details omitted; no off-record chatter included.
• Zero spelling or grammatical errors.
Familiarity with MS Word styles, track changes, and basic business terminology is essential. If you have a sample of past minutes or a template you favor, feel free to share—it helps me see your style.
