Convert Screenshots to Word

I have a collection of screenshots that I need reproduced in an editable Microsoft Word document. Every element visible on the images—text, line breaks, any embedded pictures or simple tables—should appear in Word exactly as it does on the screen so I can later revise the content without re-formatting everything from scratch.

Accuracy is more important to me than speed: spelling, punctuation, and line spacing must match the originals, and any images should stay aligned with their related text. Feel free to use OCR tools or manual typing—whichever lets you deliver a clean, error-free .docx file.

Deliverables
• One well-formatted Word document (or separate .docx files if that proves cleaner) mirroring each screenshot
• All content fully editable in Word, not pasted as static images
