Convert Mixed Pages to DOCX

I’m sitting on a stack of screenshots and scanned pages—some purely printed, others peppered with handwritten notes—and I need each one turned into a clean, fully editable Word document. Every word on those images, printed or scribbled, has to be captured exactly as it appears.

To keep the files useful, please apply Word’s built-in Heading 1, Heading 2, etc., so the navigation pane and an automatic table of contents work immediately. Body text can stay in any standard, easily readable font; just keep it uniform from start to finish and follow consistent margins. When you come across margin notes, don’t squeeze them into the flow—place them in their own “Notes” section at the end of the document so the original meaning is preserved without disrupting the main text.
