Contract Proposal Template

I need to help me create 2 templates that are always ready to use for my business I want to make them exactly like the ones attached here. I do not want to change them. Please see attached. both templates need to be in word format to use. 1. The letter head. I want to make it similar as the one attached. 2. The contract proposal needs to have pages that separate each section and that can be easily added/remove. please show work previously completed.
