AI Conference Report Formatting Support
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am preparing all written material for an upcoming Artificial Intelligence conference and need every piece to look—and read—impeccable. All source files you’ll receive are already digital, so the assignment centres on three things: re-entering any passages that copy-paste poorly, applying a clean and consistent layout, and giving each text a quick proof-read in French.
The core of the workload is reports; letters or CVs may appear from time to time, but reports are the priority. I will supply the house template, colour palette, logos, tables, and charts. Your job is to:
• Re-type digital content when formatting breaks, keeping absolute accuracy
• Format each report in Microsoft Word—styles, headings, headers/footers, automatic TOC—then export to PDF
• Run a light linguistic check to eliminate spelling or basic grammar slips
Confidentiality is non-negotiable and deadlines are firm, so organised, rigorous habits matter. Final deliverables for every document are:
– One fully formatted .docx file that matches the template
– One identical, print-ready PDF
– A brief change-log outlining any corrections made
You will need Microsoft Word (desktop version preferred), basic Excel skills for table reconstruction, and a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat. Speed is welcome, precision is essential. If you can maintain both, let’s lock the schedule and move forward.
