2. Examine the tasks that must occur for this project to take place and create an appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (Day 8 of course outline) using diagramming software of your choice. You can modify the CloudFunds Sample WBS Excel document for this purpose.
3. Use project software of your choice to create a Gantt chart project schedule (Day 8 of the course outline) based on the Work Breakdown Structure that you created. It is recommended that you use a free version of ClickUp for this purpose (save screenshot(s) of your Gantt chart when finished).
4. Create a sample RACI chart (Day 9 of the course outline) that details the people (by generic job role) that will need to perform these tasks at each location. You can modify the CloudFunds Sample RACI Excel document for this purpose.
5. Perform a simple (not detailed) cost estimation for each part of the project and simple risk analysis (including a risk register) using Microsoft Excel (Day 10 of the course outline). You can modify the CloudFunds Sample Risk Register and Sample Budget Excel documents for this purpose.
6. Create a sample communication plan (Day 11 of the course outline) that identifies the communication and signoff required by key members of the project. You can modify the CloudFunds Sample Comm Plan Word document for this purpose.
