Collaborative Word Formatting Fix

I have a Microsoft Word document that only needs formatting attention—no content rewriting or grammar checks. The main goal is to adjust margins and spacing and paragraph numbering consistently across the entire file.
We’ll be working on the same document together, so you should be comfortable using Track Changes and, ideally, real-time collaboration via OneDrive or a similar shared environment. When we finish, every page should follow uniform margin settings and line-/paragraph spacing, with no stray styles left behind.
Please tell me your preferred method for live collaboration in Word and an estimated time you’ll need once the file is shared. I’ll provide the document right after we agree so we can jump straight into the formatting pass.
