Please recreate my one-page certificate PDF as an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file that mirrors the original in every visible detail. The decorative page border is the top priority, so the Word version must capture its exact style, weight, and spacing. After that, match the overall layout: text alignment, hierarchy, and spacing should appear identical to the PDF.
Because I do not have the original fonts, choose the closest available matches in Word so the typography feels the same to the eye. Every letter, number, and line—including the recipient’s name, date, signatures, and titles—needs to remain editable text, not flattened images. Place the existing logo and signature graphics in their original positions and keep them crisp at full page size.
