Business Agreement Formatting Specialist

Job ID: 40116157

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a stack of business agreements that need to look as if one person drafted them yesterday, even though they arrived from half a dozen sources. Your task is to take each document and reshape it so it follows a clear, standard legal structure—cover page, recitals, numbered clauses, schedules, and a signature block—while staying faithful to the internal guidelines I will provide.

You’ll be working in Microsoft Word, making full use of styles, automatic numbering, cross-references, tables of contents, and clean page breaks, then exporting a final PDF that matches the Word file perfectly. No re-writing of legal content is required; this is about structure, consistency, and professional polish.

Acceptance checks for every agreement
• All headings and clause numbers update automatically
• Cross-references and tables of contents are live and accurate
• Formatting conforms precisely to the guideline hierarchy (margins, fonts, spacing)
• Defined terms are consistent and appear once in the definitions section
• Signature blocks carry the correct entity names and date lines

Let me know how many agreements you can turn around in a day and, if possible, share a brief before-and-after example of a contract you have formatted. I will supply the first set of documents and the style guide as soon as we agree on timing.
