Bulk Word Docs Formatting & Images

I have a large collection of Word documents that need to look and read like polished academic or technical manuals. Each file must follow a uniform style: consistent headings, fonts, margins, spacing, and references. Where the text calls for it, I’d like you to source suitable, royalty-free stock images, place them thoughtfully, and add clear captions so they integrate seamlessly with the surrounding content.

Many of these documents include code snippets. Every snippet has to pop with a contrasting background colour (we can decide on the exact shade), set in a monospace font, and padded so it’s unmistakably code yet still blends with the overall layout.

Deliverables
• Fully formatted .docx versions of all supplied files
• Academic/technical style applied consistently across each document
• High-resolution stock images inserted, aligned, captioned, and compressed for reasonable file size
• Code blocks restyled with the agreed background colour and monospaced font
• An optional custom style set/template for future use

I will supply the raw documents and any placement notes for images. If you rely on batch tools—macros, VBA, or Power Automate—feel free to take advantage of them, as long as the final output is clean and human-checked. Please mention your typical daily page capacity and share a sample of similar formatting work so I can gauge fit and turnaround speed.
