I need a reliable data-entry pro to convert more than 200 pages of printed text into clean, editable digital files. The work is strictly text—no numbers or mixed formatting—so accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and line breaks matters most.

Here’s what I expect:
• Readable, well-formatted Word or Google Docs files that mirror the layout of the originals.
• Consistent naming and simple folder structure so I can find any page in seconds.
• Spot-check proofreading as you type; I don’t want obvious typos carried over.
• Periodic progress updates so we stay in sync on pace and any unclear handwriting.

If you prefer to use OCR to speed things up, that’s fine, but be prepared to proof and correct the output before delivery. I’ll supply high-resolution scans of the printed pages once we start, along with a short style guide for headings and paragraph breaks.
