Branded Word Templates from PDF Designs
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
Our marketing team has six professionally designed PDFs—covering proposals, invoices and a standard letter—that now need to live as fully-reusable Microsoft Word templates. Each file must mirror the original layout and branding down to the last pixel: company fonts, colour palette, spacing, header with logo, and footer with address plus partner logos.
Beyond visual fidelity I need true, usable templates: proper Heading and Body styles, editable placeholders for date, quote number, subject line and main text, and table formatting where the original shows pricing or comparison grids. The finished .docx files should open and behave identically on both Mac and Windows versions of Word, so no platform-specific quirks.
Deliverables
• Six .docx template files, one per PDF
• A filled-in sample document generated from each template
• A brief, clear guide (1-2 pages) showing my staff how to swap logos, update colours and insert new content without breaking styles
