Branded Word Template

I have a polished design sitting in an htm file and I now need it turned into a practical Microsoft Word template. The goal is to replicate the look and feel of the mock-up while giving me a file that anyone in the team can open, type into and save as a normal document.

The template must:
• carry the logo and full visual identity exactly as shown in the htm file,
• include the custom fonts and paragraph/character styles defined in the design,
• feature matching headers and footers that update correctly from page to page.

I will supply the screenshot of mock up along with brand colour values and font files. Your deliverable is a clean, fully-editable .dotx (or .docx if you prefer) that mirrors the design pixel-for-pixel, with styles correctly mapped so users can apply Heading 1, Heading 2, body text, bullet lists and numbered lists without manual formatting. Please keep the file lightweight and compatible with Office 2016 and later.
