Branded Invoice Template in Word

I’m ready to turn my existing invoice layout into a clean, reusable Microsoft Word template that carries my logo and brand colours exactly as I provide them. You’ll receive the reference file for the current design along with the logo assets; your job is to recreate the look in Word so I can simply open the file, add line items and export a PDF whenever I bill a client.

Key points:
• Build in Microsoft Word (.docx) only—no substitutes.
• Preserve every visual detail of the design I supply, including fonts, spacing, headings and colour palette.
• Keep text boxes and tables editable so I can update dates, descriptions, quantities, rates and totals without breaking the layout.
• Set up styles (Heading, Normal, Table Text) and automatic page numbers where relevant for consistency.

Deliverable: one polished, print-ready and digital-ready Word template that mirrors my design and places my logo prominently. Once complete I’ll test by filling out a sample invoice; if everything aligns and calculates correctly, we’re done.
