Book Formatter for Print-Ready Manuscript

I’m looking for an experienced book formatter to finalise the layout of a manuscript currently in Microsoft Word. The task involves:

Page Number Formatting:

Align and format page numbers correctly in line with standard book publishing conventions (front matter, Roman numerals, and main text pagination starting at page 1).

Ensure consistency across all headers, footers, and section breaks.

File Preparation:

Once the Word document is approved, format and export it into print-ready PDF and EPUB files suitable for IngramSpark submission.

Verify that all fonts, margins, spacing, and embedded images meet IngramSpark’s specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience with book formatting and layout design for print and e-books.

Familiarity with IngramSpark or similar platforms (KDP, Lulu, etc.).

Strong attention to detail in formatting, section breaks, and pagination.

Ability to deliver both PDF (for print) and EPUB (for digital) formats that meet publishing standards.

Deliverables:

Final formatted Word document (with correct page numbering).

IngramSpark-ready PDF and EPUB files.
