Arabic Translation – Engineering Manual

I need a complete Arabic version of a technical user manual that was originally written for operators working in the oil industry. The source file is in microsoft word formal. It is structured like any standard engineering manual with industry-specific terminology, numbered photos and diagrams.
Illustrations that contain English labels DO NOT need to be updated to Arabic. Page layout, figure numbering, and internal hyperlinks should remain exactly as in the source file, so the Arabic document can replace the English one with no further desktop-publishing work.
User manual is 84 pages long.
Deliverables
