Admin and Project Assistant

We are looking for an Admin and Project Virtual Assistant. This role is on a freelancer basis, which means you get paid per hour depending on your workload. You should expect a workload of around 10-20 hours per week.


Requirements:
• Excellent written command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Very good computer skills, tech-savvy person
• Very good research skills
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to follow instructions closely but also think with your own head, and be proactive
• Fast learner
• Responsive (available during CEST working hours)

Your tasks:
• Researching book niches
• Researching and reaching out to influencers
• Researching and communicating with freelancers
• Product research
• Layouting in Microsoft Word and other programmes
• Creating landing pages in E-mail marketing provider
• Uploading, renaming files etc.
• Content creation
• Keyword research on Amazon
• Category research on Amazon
• Uploading to distributors
• Setting up PPC campaigns
• Review management

The project management is run in Clickup. For direct communication Skype chat will be used, occasionally also Skype video calls, especially in the beginning of hire or at end of months/quarters.
