Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a collection of scanned PDFs—each page contains printed text only—that must be turned into fully editable Microsoft Word files. Every heading, paragraph, margin, line break and spacing detail in the Word document needs to mirror the original layout. When it proves impossible to match something exactly, simply keep the overall structure intact rather than reinventing the look.
Because the source files are image-based, you will likely rely on OCR first and then proof everything manually; the final files have to be free of spelling or typing errors. All communication will happen through the chat feature here on the platform.
Deliverables
• A separate, properly formatted .docx for every PDF supplied, using the same file name
• No missing text, symbols or characters
• Styles applied for headings and normal text where relevant
• Overall page structure maintained, or clearly noted if any element cannot be reproduced
