Accurate Lease Contract Retyping

I have two lease agreements, each 22 pages long and single-spaced, that I need re-typed into Microsoft Word. The original scans are clear, so this is strictly a typing and accuracy exercise—no layout reconstruction is required beyond keeping standard paragraph structure.

Please use Times New Roman throughout. While I don’t need the entire documents styled to match the original, I do want every clause that is clearly marked “Important,” “Critical,” or similarly flagged in the source highlighted so it stands out for quick review.

Deliverables
• Two separate Word files (one per lease) typed verbatim from the originals
