Accurate Handwritten Notes Typing -- 2

I have 1–10 pages of handwritten notes that I need transcribed into a clean, error-free Microsoft Word document. The notes include several tables, and those tables must be rebuilt so they look professional and line up perfectly.

Here’s what I expect:
• Every word typed exactly as written, with flawless spelling and punctuation
• All tables recreated in Word, keeping the same rows, columns, and alignment
• Consistent headings, spacing, and layout so the file reads smoothly
