Accurate English Document Typing

I have several pages of printed text in English that I need converted into an editable digital file. The scan quality is good, so legibility will not be an issue—I simply want every word re-keyed exactly as it appears, preserving paragraphs, headings, and basic formatting where practical. No audio, handwriting, or translation is involved; it is straightforward copy typing.
