APA Lecture Notes Formatting

I need my existing college lecture notes cleaned up so they look like a polished APA-style document. The content itself is fine; the job is strictly about structure and visual consistency.

Here is what I expect:

• Apply correct APA hierarchy to all headings and subheadings
• Re-design any tables and figures so they match APA layout and caption rules
• Leave in-text citations and reference entries exactly as they are (no citation work required)

I will supply the notes in their current Word file. You return the same file, fully formatted, with a brief change log so I can see what you adjusted.
