I would like a windows program that does the following:
1) I put any youtube video URL link and the program downloads it.
2) it removes the sound
3) it replaces it with the windows text to speech
4) the program uses the youtube titles to replace the sound with the tts voice that will use it.
Request function:
1) to have the possibility to modify the text before compiling it because sometimes the text to speech voice mispronounces the text, just edit the text modify the subtitles before compiling.
2) we must use any voice already installed on windows
in the end we get the same video but the voice is the text to speech voice installed in windows.
