visio flow charts

I need assistance in creating flow charts using Microsoft Visio. The purpose of the charts is to visually document corporate ownership and structure. I do not have an example of a similar flow chart to reference. Each chart will typically have no more than 10 or so shapes. Thank you for your time and assistance.
