I need the content from my Word file rebuilt in Microsoft Visio. The document is essentially a set of steps (labelled in the file as “Microsoft Visio” sections) that sit in the Word pages; each step is moderately detailed with multiple decision branches, swim-lanes and process notes.

Your task is to reproduce every flow step in a native .vsdx file, keeping the layout professional and clean—think crisp connector lines, consistent shape sizing, and a readable font throughout. Colours should stay conservative (corporate blues/greys) unless a subtle accent is genuinely useful for clarity.

I will provide the Word file on award. All elements must appear in Visio exactly as they do in the source: same wording in each box, identical numbering, and no missing connectors. Feel free to streamline alignment and spacing so the result looks polished.
