EV Wireless Charging System Development

Job ID: 40113376

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have drafted the functional blocks for an EV wireless charging system and now need the complete electronic circuit drawn in Microsoft Visio. The diagram must show, at minimum, the rectifier and inverter stages, the charging controller, plus both DC-AC and AC-DC converter sections laid out clearly with labeled nodes, reference designators, and realistic component values that fit typical EV charging power levels.
Once the schematic is finished, I also require a concise specification report (3–5 pages) that:
• Summarises the circuit’s purpose in the overall wireless charging workflow
• Lists each major component and its key ratings (voltage, current, switching frequency, etc.)
• Explains the sequence of power conversion—from the grid side through to the vehicle’s battery interface—highlighting how the rectifier, resonant coil section, converters, and control logic interact
• Notes any standards or design assumptions you have made (for example SAE J2954 alignment or typical 6.6 kW onboard charger constraints)
Please deliver the original Visio (.vsdx) file plus a PDF or Word version of the report. Clarity, correct symbols, and tidy layer organization in Visio are essential, as this schematic will be used for further design reviews and simulations.
