Visio Use of Force timeline stencil set

Looking for a consultant that can create customized stencils in Visio to create a specialized set for use of force analysis. Stencils will require custom programming to allow for the import of data from Xcel, calculations using time down to hundredths of a second, hyperlinking to other programs (to include acting as navigation visual to video extracts). Due to the customization I will need to discuss by voice to delineate the requirements.
