Visio-Crafted Custom Organisational Chart

I am in need of a talented and experienced freelancer preferably with strong skills in Microsoft Visio to generate an organisational chart for my business.

Specific Requirements:
- Generate the chart in Microsoft Visio according to a specific template I will provide.
- Apply the selected range of colors and fonts I also provide in the chart design.

Success for this project is a comprehensive, easily-readable, and aesthetically pleasing organisational chart that strictly adheres to my specific format, design, and color/font choices. Familiarity with MS Visio and an eye for aesthetic design will be advantageous for potential candidates.

I have done a rough version editing an existing Visio org chart, but it needs to be done from scratch using all Visio functionality as I am not a Visio user or expert.
