Telecom Process Visio Mapping

I need three Microsoft Visio diagrams that capture our operational telecommunications process at an intermediate level of detail. I already have images files of processes listed need to converted into visio.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Three separate Visio files that together show the full end-to-end telecom operations flow—for example, order intake to service activation, fault handling, and decommissioning (exact scope will be confirmed once we speak).
• Consistent use of swim lanes, data shapes, and connectors so roles and decision points are obvious at a glance.
• Logical layering of detail: enough steps to be actionable without dropping into micro-task granularity.
• A short explanatory note for each diagram highlighting key assumptions, bottlenecks you spotted, and any quick-win improvements.

I’m looking for someone who blends business-analysis thinking with solid Visio skills. Experience mapping telecom or other complex operational processes will stand out.
